 Adrian Shatku is an accomplished entrepreneur who has made a lasting impact on the global telecommunications industry. He is the founder of UNIFI Communications and UNIFI Capital Group, and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WIS Telecom S.p.A. and WIS Telecom S.A. Under his leadership, WIS Telecom achieved international recognition, ranking among the world’s top 15 global carriers by TeleGeography in 2014.

A pioneer in IP telephony, Adrian recognized early the transformative power of the Internet to redefine global communications. This vision led to the founding of UNIFI in the late 1990s, where he introduced high-quality VoIP services that established new benchmarks for innovation, reliability, and performance.

With more than two decades of hands-on industry experience, Adrian continues to champion forward-thinking solutions and operational excellence across the digital infrastructure and communications landscape. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and the MIT Sloan School of Management, combining academic distinction with practical leadership to drive meaningful and lasting impact in the sector.

Bringing over three decades of extensive international experience to the telecommunications industry, Vincenzo NESCI has held distinguished executive roles with leading equipment manufacturers and Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). 

Having served as the Executive Chairman of DJEZZY in his most recent capacity, Vincenzo NESCI now lends his expertise as a valued Board Member of UNIFI.  His illustrious career trajectory underscores a deep-seated commitment to driving innovation and fostering growth within the telecommunications sector. 

With a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of leadership, Vincenzo NESCI continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of the industry.

Renowned for expertise in business development, operations, and strategic planning, particularly within the MENA region and Africa. Known for forward-thinking strategic guidance, adeptly driving business growth, and consistently creating value. 

Graduated with distinction from Dartmouth University, earning a degree in Electrical Engineering, and further honed leadership skills with a certificate from MIT Sloan.  With a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence, this executive embodies a rare blend of visionary leadership and technical proficiency, poised to make significant contributions to any organization.

Bringing forth an impressive 18-year tenure within the undersea cable industry, Mr. Crawford stands as a seasoned authority in the field. Having directly contributed to over 20 successful undersea and terrestrial telecommunications network projects globally, he possesses comprehensive expertise across all facets of network dynamics—from design and planning to construction, operations, maintenance, and eventual retirement. 

Mr. Crawford's professional journey includes pivotal roles held at esteemed organizations such as AT&T Submarine Systems (now TE SubCom), AT&T Communications, Pacific Gateway Exchange, and New World Network (now Columbus Networks). Through these positions, he has not only accumulated invaluable hands-on experience but has also cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies inherent in the industry.
